EnergyPLAN is an energy system analysis tool created for the study and research in design of future sustainable solutions with a special focus on systems high shares renewable sources. It has been under development since 1999 formed basis substantial number PhD theses several hundreds papers. designed to exploit synergies enabled from including whole system, as expressed smart concept. Thus, EnergyPLAN, user can take holistic approach focusing cross-sectoral interaction. Traditionally disparate demand sectors, such buildings, industry transport, are linked supply technologies through electricity, gas, district heating cooling grids. In this way, enables conversion electricity into other carriers, heat, hydrogen, green gases electrofuels, well implementation efficiency improvements conservation.
