ABSTRACT
Effective near-miss management is important in preventing workplace accidents. A company's inadequate response to reports can lead workers feel insecure and dissatisfied with the company. We investigated relationship between companies' responses turnover intentions of workers. conducted a cross-sectional study using online self-administered questionnaire survey aged ≥20 years Japan March 2022. The analysis included 5,071 participants who had experiences reported them their companies. independent variable was reports, classified into three categories: adequate group, no group. dependent intentions. calculated odds ratio 95% confidential interval (CI) multilevel logistic regression analyses nested for industries adjusted covariates. Of participants, 3,058 (60.3%) were 1,484 (29.3%) 529 (10.4%) In multivariable model, compared group 1.80 (95% CI: 1.56-2.08) 2.63 2.15-3.22), respectively.
