Effective near-miss management is important in preventing workplace accidents. A company's inadequate response to reports can lead workers feel insecure and dissatisfied with the company. We investigated relationship between companies' responses turnover intentions of workers. conducted a cross-sectional study using online self-administered questionnaire survey aged ≥20 years Japan March 2022. The analysis included 5,071 participants who had experiences reported them their companies. independent variable was reports, classified into three categories: adequate group, no group. dependent intentions. calculated odds ratio 95% confidential interval (CI) multilevel logistic regression analyses nested for industries adjusted covariates.
