ABSTRACT
Abstract The abuse of bisulfite and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) in food can cause serious damage to humans, hence, it is necessary to determine bisulfite and BPO in food. In this paper, we presented a fluorescence chemosensor (PTCA) for discriminative detection of bisulfite and BPO with differential fluorescence based on different chemical reactions. PTCA exhibited blue fluorescence turn-on response towards bisulfite with good selectivity, fast response (
