ABSTRACT
(Cell Stem Cell 15, 471–487; October 2, 2014) We have identified two errors in the data presentation version of this paper originally published online on July 24, 2014. Neither them affects results or conclusions presented any significant way. The issues are as follows: Figure 3. chemical structure shown 3C did not represent WH-4-023, but instead a closely related LCK/SRC inhibitor called WH-4-025. To correct figure we replaced with for WH-4-023 and, completeness, added citation to legend original study describing identification these compounds. [The reference has also been manuscript and is Martin, M.W., Newcomb, J., Nunes, J.J., McGowan, D.C., Armistead, D.M., Boucher, C., Buchanan, J.L., Buckner, W., Chai, L., Elbaum, D., et al. (2006). Novel 2-aminopyrimidine carbamates potent orally active inhibitors Lck: Synthesis, SAR, vivo antiinflammatory activity. J. Med. Chem. 49, 4981–4991.] All other panels corrected same published. 6. expression from Gafni (2013) were incorrectly classified naive versus primed analysis Figures 6B 6C. Reanalysis classifications shows that OTX2 ZIC2 are, fact, downregulated more than 2-fold conditions (2013). However, none pluripotency genes examined show fold change (log2 >1 <−1, p value < 0.05) compared state, so overall drawn remain presented. 6C reflect revised analysis. versions 3 6 below print our article issue. html PDF changes described above. apologize scientific community confusion caused by issues.Figure 6Transcriptional Profiling Naive Human ESCs 5i/L/AView Large Image ViewerDownload Hi-res image Download (PPT) Systematic Identification Culture Conditions Induction Maintenance PluripotencyTheunissen al.Cell CellJuly 2014In BriefThrough sequential screening, Theunissen identify combination kinase induces maintains defining features human embryonic stem cells.
