ABSTRACT
Radial nerve neuromas (RNNs) are mostly post-traumatic conditions that occur after a complete or partial section of nerve. Here we report case RNN with good functional progression intense physical rehabilitation.A 49 years old patient post-complete the radial underwent intensive rehabilitation two sessions ultrasound-guided injections 10 % glucose saline around neuroma. 12 months later, improved his wrist and hand finger extension functions.Several surgical non-surgical therapies have been proposed for treatment neuromas. However, no consensus currently exists, management is frequently adapted to each patient.
