AbstractBicyclic, tricyclic, tetracyclic and spirocyclic oxazolo‐ and oxazinopiperidines are prepared by the reaction of acids (I) or (XV) with 1,2‐ or 1,3‐amino alcohols under syngas atmosphere and microwave irradiation.
