In addition, antibacterial, anthelmintic, anticholinergic, antihistaminic effects parasitic vine are partly responsible for folkloric plant. present study, activity C. was evaluated pigeons (Columba livia) using juice (JCR), aqueous (CRAE), methanol (CRME) extracts. The effect reported research models, with few modifications. pigeons, diarrhea induced by administration castor oil (6 mL/kg, PO), ampicillin (250 mg/kg, IP), magnesium sulfate (2 gm/kg, cisplatin IV). these experiments, loperamide IM) used a positive control, whereas JCR (1 mL/kg (1%) 1 (2%), CRAE (50, 100 200 mg/kg) CRME were administered intramuscularly at doses into each pigeon test groups. In addition cisplatin-induced all paradigms tested gave significant results (P < 0.01). The JCR, doses, exhibited (p 0.01) dose-dependent on both frequency onset diarrhea. Similarly, CRME, showed considerable 0.001) inhibition against On other hand, CRAE, exerted percentage (PI) gastrointestinal charcoal transit manner. respect, maximum PI experimental 43.13, 49.14, 55.99 %, respectively.Taken together, from study reveal that juice, aqueous, extract exhibit anti-motility anti-secretory potential. These findings may explain medicinal folk medicine an
