ABSTRACT
Lymphatic leakage after kidney transplantation is a relatively frequent complication but sometimes resistant to treatment, and there no fixed treatment algorithm. The effectiveness of therapeutic lymphangiography for postoperative lymphatic or chyle has been reported, few reports are available regarding patients who have undergone transplantation. In this study, we report our experience with as tool Intranodal was performed in 4 (3 male, 1 female; age range, 38 70 years old) living at the Osaka City University Hospital Japan. amount drainage before 169 361 mL/day. procedure intranodal follows: inguinal lymph node punctured under ultrasound guidance, tip needle instilled junction between cortex hilum, which Lipiodol slowly manually injected.
