Urban Freight Transport (UFT) is a fundamental component of city life. It involves vast range activities resulting from relationships among different actors with conflicting needs and goals. Manufacturers are interested in fast on-time deliveries, retailers require complete assortment frequent citizens wish to have easy access goods while not losing their quality life City Authorities face negative externalities related UFT (i.e. congestion, air noise pollution, safety). Concretely, few cities well-developed comprehensive logistics strategy because authorities generally focus attention on passenger transport.
