ABSTRACT
The paper addresses the issues of improving performance handling and transport complex at a mining enterprise. It presents statistical estimates for general standard reliability system, which should correspond to similar indicators subsystems equipment, machinery, etc. We studied operation rock mass transportation system used in open-pit mines. includes dump trucks various capacities single-bucket elevator. process excavation depends on weather climatic conditions. Among factors that affect performance, following can be distinguished: air temperature, snowdrifts, gas accumulation pits, and, as result, reduction visibility range, leading decrease average speed vehicles. mathematical models are based well-known methods forming excavator truck fleets. To calculate pit, it is necessary have data probability no-failure mean time between failures each vehicle. Information about state vehicles was obtained results analysis. During optimization calculations, restrictions assumptions were accepted: limit vehicle determined by mileage 250,000 km; distribution fleet vehicles' subject Weibull law with variation factor approximately equal 1. In this case, considered exponential. Analysis operational showed random prevail. When simulating complexes, take into account parametric technological connection individual machines operating within these systems. developed methodology justification level equipment adaptation conditions aimed complexes involved production.
