ABSTRACT
This study investigates two extraction methods-ultrasound-assisted (UAE) and compound enzyme (CE)-for the isolation of Lonicera macranthoides polysaccharides (LMP) evaluates their physicochemical properties, bioactivity, therapeutic potential. The optimization conditions was performed using single-factor experiments response surface methodology. yield LMP from UAE optimized to 8.02 % ± 0.12 %, while CE 10.03 0.32 %. Both polysaccharide extracts were characterized in terms chemical composition, monosaccharide molecular weight, thermal stability, functional group analysis. Notably, UAE-LMP exhibited superior antioxidant, hypolipidemic, nitrite scavenging, anti-tumor activities compared CE-LMP. ultrasound-assisted method enhanced stability bioactivity LMP, with improved water- oil-holding capacities integrity active groups. Our findings demonstrate that significantly influences structural properties suggesting may be a more effective approach for extracting bioactive potential applications medicine nutrition.
