ABSTRACT
Introduction It has been described among the literature close relationship that exists between dysgenetic gonads with positive Y chromosome and risk of developing gonadoblastoma. However, it is still uncertain stromal tumors there not much information about this topic. In paper presented case a patient Turner syndrome mosaicism 45X(8)/46,XY(92) sex cord tumor annular tubule pattern. Materials methods A search was conducted in Embase, Ovid, Ebsco PubMed databases terms “(Turner syndrome) tumor”. only we were able to find an article meets criteria considered first report refers tumor. Conclusions There little evidence for cases like this, so management these patients controversial, especially by different perspectives in-between specialties. Specifically, benefit growth hormone after finding neoplasm.
