ABSTRACT
In 2006, the first report of a nanostructured material as adjuvant was described establishing effectiveness ordered mesoporous SBA-15 silica an immune adjuvant. The present study evaluated capacity to modulate responsiveness High and Low responder mice immunized with BSA encapsulated/adsorbed in by intramuscular or oral route effect compared induced aluminum hydroxide salts emulsified Incomplete Freund These results demonstrate ability non-toxic nanoparticles increase immunogenicity repair constitutively low individuals inducing both IgG2a IgG1 isotypes, independently cell committed conditioning phenotype. This new may reveal novel therapeutic targets for modulation vaccine design.
