ABSTRACT
Anaerobic digestion of organic waste results in production biogas and a nutrient-rich digestate that has an established use as fertilizer plant production. This study evaluated anaerobic based on high concentration household sawdust-based oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus). Inclusion 0.5 L (AD) per kg sawdust gave similar productivity terms biological efficiency (79.5 ± 5.4 %), protein (24.7 2.4 % dry weight (dw)) standard mushroom substrate (78.1 5.3 %, 21.9 3.0 dw, respectively). However, growth was impaired at the highest tested, 1 dw sawdust. Comparison AD-fertilized with components (sawdust, wheat bran, calcium sulfate) C/N-ratio revealed some differences elemental composition fruiting bodies, major increase sodium for compared (413.3 28.9 226.7 30.6 mg kg-1 difference can be explained by digestate, most likely due to inclusion food scraps from households restaurants biodigester feedstock. Screening both substrates total 133 micropollutants sum significantly higher (258 12 ng/g substrate) than (191 35 substrate). Nitrogen losses during preparation were negligible.
