ABSTRACT
In the face of high demand for reuse from printing and dyeing industries in centralized wastewater treatment Jiangsu Province, reverse osmosis (RO) process is routinely used recycling. However, membrane concentrate salinity, with chromaticity complex composition. Ozone oxidation, as an efficient clean advanced oxidation process, widely but also suffers several problems such poor mass transfer catalytic efficiency. this paper, a novel aluminum-carbon based metal-doped composite ozone catalyst was designed, RO coupling Multi-Catalytic Oxidation constructed treating biotreatment tail water. The optimal parameters dosage 0.5 g L−1, concentration 5 mg L−1 30% H2O2 10 were obtained. After long-term operation experiments, combined has been proven to achieve safe discharge recycling water, low ecological risk external water environment.
