ABSTRACT
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common degenerative disease that pathologically characterized by destruction of the joint matrix and reduction articular chondrocytes, resulting in deformity motor dysfunction. However, molecular mechanisms governing this pathology have not been elucidated to date.In study, we determined expression levels lncRNAs, circRNAs, mRNAs extracted from synovial exosomes OA control patients. A network circRNA/lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA interactions was established using MiRanda TargetScan software explore pathogenesis. The exosomal lncRNA, circRNA mRNA profiles groups were analysed LC human competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) microarrays. differentially expressed genes determine their potential roles pathogenesis bioinformatic analysis. There 52 mRNAs, 196 lncRNAs 98 circRNAs between osteoarthritis group. final ceRNA exhibited complex interaction ncRNA related pathological mechanisms. An intersection analysis showed 22 miRNAs, 45 34 enriched PI3K/Akt autophagy pathways correlated with 7 may play important mechanisms. Our work mRNA/lncRNA/circRNA displayed profile exosomes. results study help elucidate provide references for further research attempting identify more effective targets diagnosis therapy OA.
