ABSTRACT The RemoveDEBRIS mission has been the first to successfully demonstrate, in-orbit, a series of technologies that can be used for active removal space debris. started late in 2014 and was sponsored by grant from EC saw consortium led Surrey Space Centre develop mission, concept in-orbit demonstrations, terminated March 2019.
