ABSTRACT
Background: Quality of life (QoL) is the awareness individuals’ well-being in physical, personal, mental and social wellbeing needs to be addressed brain tumor patients. Methods: A retrospective study conducted 2017 a single academic center that included patients diagnosed with tumors 10 year period. The assessment QoL was done using European Organization for Research Treatment Cancer (EORTC), standardized model (QLQ-C30) assess several domains (Global Health, Physical function, Role functioning, Emotional Functioning, Cognitive functioning symptoms domain) Brain cancer (BN20) evaluate all aspects wellbeing. Results: total number this 76 no gender predilection. most common meningioma by 40% followed glioma/ others. More than half had WHO grade I (65%), intermediate grading II (15%) higher III/IV (20%). scales measurements were low types tumors. Conclusions: seemed poor regardless type. Further prospective studies are needed worldwide.
