ABSTRACT
Abstract The article describes measures developed to counter the spread of coronavirus infection in Republic Kazakhstan. first cases disease 2019 (COVID-19) Kazakhstan were detected on March 13, 2020, among people who arrived from Germany. After declaring state emergency country, Ministry Healthcare began formulate and implement a comprehensive package aimed at slowing down stopping transmission infection, preventing outbreaks, ensuring optimal care for all patients, especially seriously ill, minimizing negative impact pandemic health systems, social services, economic activities. Developed set restrictive was approved by Country Office Word Health Organization (WHO) Kazakhstan, being later adapted European Union (EU) countries applied Kyrgyzstan. In addition, identifies Kazakhstan’s experience creating epidemiological surveillance studying virus mutations, clinical aspects dealing with it combat infection. It also indicates epidemic health-care workers development protect them, strengthening prevention, control medical organizations.
