Abstract Using data from the Veterans’ Health Administration 2010 to 2019, we examined distribution and prevalence of community-acquired phenotypic extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL) E. coli in United States. ESBL slowly increased during study period, cluster analysis showed clustering both urban rural locations.
