The clinical impact of a crisis resolution home treatment team

ABSTRACT
To evaluate the impact of treatment provided by a Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in terms preventing hospital admission, on service user's symptoms and overall functioning, as well satisfaction with service. Secondary objectives were to patient characteristics those attending CRHTT.All users treated CRHTT between 2016 2020 included. Service completed Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS), Health Nation Outcome (HoNOS), Client Satisfaction Questionnaire-version 8 (CSQ-8) before after CRHTT. Admission rates compared areas served control, introduction CRHTT, using two-way ANOVA.Between 2020, 1041 Inpatient admissions fell 38.5% its introduction.
