ABSTRACT
Turbulence measurements in dispersed-bubble two-phase pipe flow, using laser velocimetry techniques, are presented. The turbulence-intensity show a strong dependence on the quality of flow. A theoretical basis for prediction turbulence levels flows is proposed. approach applied to dispersed-gas/liquid (bubbly) and solid/gas (particulate) flows, which experimental data available, with excellent results.
