ABSTRACT
SUMMARY A case of spinal subdural hematoma occurring in association with anticoagulant therapy is reported. Seven similar cases from the literature are reviewed emphasis on clinical features, investigation, and results treatment. The prognosis for recovery good, only if condition diagnosed clot evacuated before severe cord compression subsequent ischemic necrosis has occurred.
