ABSTRACT
Summary The current study aimed to investigate differential expression of inhibin βA (INHβA) and βB (INHβB) in porcine oocytes before or after vitro maturation (IVM) isolated from follicles various sizes. Porcine large, medium small (40 each) were used the INHβA INHβB protein pattern using western blot analysis 44 h oocyte IVM. An increased was found collected large compared with IVM ( P < 0.001, 0.05, respectively). Similarly, higher levels observed recovered 0.01). As are expressed both follicular somatic cells oocytes, it can be assumed that these transforming growth factor beta (TGFβ) superfamily factors involved regulation molecular bi-directional pathways during follicle development, recognized as markers maturation. Moreover, clearly demonstrated is substantially associated development.
