Abstract Aim: To analyse the patterns of care and clinical outcomes patients diagnosed with cervical cancer International Federation Gynecology Obstetrics (FIGO) stage IVA treated at a tertiary centre in South India. Materials methods: The electronic medical records 2,476 institution between January 2005 December 2018 were reviewed. Among them, 96 histologically proven carcinoma cervix established by either cystoscopy or proctoscopy included. Four who did not receive treatment study excluded 92 available for final analysis. Results: median follow-up period was 12 months (2–131 months). Of patients, 59 (64·13%) received radiation therapy (RT) alone, 22 (23·9%) chemoradiation (CRT), three (3·26%) neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) followed RT, one (1·08%) NACT CRT, four (4·35%) while offered best supportive care. progression-free survival (PFS) (95% CI: 9·6–14·4 months) overall (OS) 25 16·6–33·4 2-year 3-year PFS 30 20%, respectively, OS 50 32%, respectively. Conclusion: management needs to be individualised achieve fine balance local control, toxicity, quality life. RT is mainstay concurrent carefully selected patients.
