ABSTRACT
Design steps are outlined for maximizing the RF-to-dc power conversion efficiency (PCE) of a rectenna. It turns out that at frequency 868 MHz, high-ohmic loaded rectifier will lead to highly sensitive and efficient is demonstrated rectenna thus designed, using 50 Ω antenna lumped element matching network gives superior PCE compared with state art also lower resistive loading. By omitting directly, conjugate impedance rectifier, may be further increased size reduced as it prototype measuring only 0.028 squared wavelengths MHz demonstrating 55% −10 dBm RF input level.
