ABSTRACT
The precipitation of CaCO3 via CO2 bubbling using well-defined membranes was used in this study to produce particles a variety structures. Studies into the mechanisms particle formation method are limited and mainly specific hollow Using range analytical techniques, produced with stagnant bubble systems (crossflow vertical flow) were investigated. work concluded that both bulk but also at gas/liquid interface which then fall down collect base bubble, whereas dynamic system wake has an important role such particles. Precipitation occurs as solution pH drops due (acidic gas), these initially comprised solid core. As further, transform ones core plays controlling shell thickness. Allowing age allows for transformation from vaterite calcite. Finally, structure can be altered by changing set up having recirculation loop leading exhibiting stacked cube.
