ABSTRACT
The epoxidation reaction over titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) zeolites is a green way to produce epoxides that are important intermediates for chemicals. Nevertheless, the conventional microporous TS-1 zeolite shows limited diffusion ability bulky molecules, leading poor activity and low selectivity. Constructing hierarchical porosity in materials an effective strategy enhance properties of catalysts. However, there few reports on design synthesis with structure featuring multilevels, interconnectivity, regularity efficient epoxidations. Herein, ordered macro–meso–microporosity (OMMM-TS-1) obtained by method combining templated effect macro–mesoporous matrices confined situ crystallization process. OMMM-TS-1 possesses macropores tunable size (∼200–600 nm), mesopores (∼8 intact micropores (∼0.5 nm). achieves cyclooctene conversion as 3.6 times 1.8 selectivity epoxy product 1.6 1.3 higher than (C-TS-1) nanosized (Nano-TS-1) zeolites, respectively. also outperforms C-TS-1 Nano-TS-1 epoxidations series alkenes.
