ABSTRACT
Halide based perovskite materials have attracted attention as a promising candidate for the optoelectronic applications, predominantly in photovoltaic device, due to their superior potential properties such high absorption coefficient, direct bandgap, long carrier lifetime, balanced hole and electron mobility, low cost, facile deposition techniques, etc. Despite of this, fundamental understanding physicochemical is still debatable scientific community. In this review article, we provide deep insight into development single crystals using different properties, practical applications various applications. addition, compared all reported protocols available crystal growth highlighted best technique achieve quality with better size, shape, possession key quantities be more useful optoelectronics. At last, emphasized difficulties view chemical uses suggested new direction further research area halide materials.
