ABSTRACT
The widespread use of perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) has raised concerns regarding its potential on pregnant women, particularly in relation to the development pre-eclampsia (PE). This study investigates impact PFOS exposure LncRNA/Rnd3 axis mice and association with trophoblast cell functions PE. Bioinformatics analysis revealed PFOS-related gene alterations PE, pathways enriched apoptotic signaling cytokine interactions. Experimental findings showed downregulation Oip5os1 Rnd3, along upregulation miR-155, affecting behavior. Animal experiments confirmed that PFOS-induced expression changes are linked PE progression. impairs proliferation migration via Oip5os1/miR-155/Rnd3 axis, contributing development.
