ABSTRACT
The identification of CN– in water, seeds, and biological systems has, because its high toxicity, attracted the increasing attention many chemical industry researchers. In work, a novel highly selective reversible sensor, MMY, was shown to recognize effectively. color fluorescent changes verified interaction MMY with CN–, fluorescence lifetime also changed upon addition CN–. A mode based on results various experiments speculated. LOD toward 9.4 × 10–10 M, lower than concentration deemed acceptable by WHO (World Health Organization) U.S. EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency). showed good reversibility reusability for detecting addition, test slips silica plates were both earned ourselves, which able qualitatively. Additionally, could tap water quantitatively use smartphone APP. Interestingly, used detect seeds. It valid image Caenorhabditis elegans mice vivid "turn-on" fluorescence. thus can circulate bloodstream.
