ABSTRACT
According to recent studies, interest in metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and their derivatives are still developing the field of electrochemical biosensing. This is due superior electrical conductivity, active surface area, easier manufacturing procedures, when compared other conventional materials. study discusses current advances use MOF nanoparticles as highly conductive substrates Electrochemical biosensing introduced by categorizing biosensors into enzyme nonenzyme for diagnosis diseases based on application detector. systematically compiled analyzed most published works each category. Review provides an overview many types analyses, MOFs materials, sensor performance. In this subject science, broad concerns, difficulties, future views discussed.
