ABSTRACT
In this study, hierarchically porous SAPO-18 catalysts with abundant intracrystalline mesopores were designed and fabricated a cost-effective non-surfactant cationic surfactant (polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride, PDADMAC) as pore-forming agent, morphology regulator, silicon inducer by one-step method. PDADMAC promoted the introduction of atoms in framework, making hierarchical sheets present optimized acidity. With combination structure suitable acid density, exhibited threefold improvement catalytic lifetime 4% increase ethylene propylene selectivity during methanol-to-olefin (MTO) reaction, compared conventional zeolite.
