ABSTRACT
We first used oligomer polyamide resin as carbon source to prepare dots (CDs) that can emit white fluorescence via one step ultrasound at room temperature. have had a further understanding in the surface morphology and chemical characteristics of CDs by performing TEM, XPS, XRD, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy. It has been found such good dispersion, low crystallinity, rich functional groups, easy large-scale production. The quantum yield fluorescent was enhanced from 3.3% 28.3% adding silane coupling agent co-passivating conducting ultrasonic treatment. successfully prepared white-light-emitting diodes using these light conversion materials. To broaden applications dots, we employed as-prepared CD solution ink luminescent patterns, along with favorable versatile effect.
