ABSTRACT
In coal mine safety, providing and maintaining a safe closed environment reducing the casualties of disasters are long-term challenges. A novel modified soda lime with higher adsorption rate capacity was developed through analyzing reaction mechanism factors. The best combinations different mass fraction is additives 6%, H2O 12%, NAOH while working modes 25 W fan power, 8 cm thickness, S-5 according to multi-index orthogonal experiment. order influence for CO2 compositions (mass fraction) NaOH > Al2O3, in power thickness type lime. Through optimization design, easy form without binding together process dust outflow reduced by about 50%. still remain at high level temperature humidity (humidity 70% 30 °C). It demonstrated that increased 28%, 32.2%, consumption 33.3%.
