ABSTRACT
Plant diseases are seriously endangering agricultural production. The emergence of drug resistance has brought great challenges to the prevention and control plant diseases. There is an urgent need for new candidates. In this work, we achieved efficient synthesis pulmonarins A B in 64% 59% overall yield, respectively. Pulmonarins were found have good antiviral activities against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) first time. series pulmonarin derivatives designed, synthesized, evaluated their fungicidal systematically. Most compounds displayed higher anti-TMV than commercial ribavirin. Compounds 6a, 6c, 6n with better inactivation effects ningnanmycin emerged as We selected 6c further mechanism research, which revealed that it could inhibit assembly by interacting TMV coat protein (CP). molecular docking results confirmed these interact CP through hydrogen bonding. These also broad spectrum activities. Especially compound 6u prominent antifungal activity a candidate research. current work provides reference understanding application alkaloids protection.
