ABSTRACT
Sulforaphene prepared from glucoraphenin by myrosinase is one of the main active ingredients radish, which has various biological activities and brilliant potential for food pharmaceutical applications. In this paper, a recombinant food-grade yeast transformant 20-8 with high-level activity was constructed over-expressing gene Arabidopsis thaliana in Yarrowia lipolytica. The highest produced reached 44.84 U/g dry cell weight when it cultivated 10 L fermentor within 108 h. Under optimal reaction conditions, 6.1 mg sulforaphene yielded 1 g radish seeds under catalysis crude preparation (4.95 U) at room temperature 1.5 What more that whole cells harboring were reused times, yield still 92.53% initial level. Therefore, efficient approach broad application prospects recyclable large-scale sulforaphene.
