ABSTRACT
Cytochrome P450 CYP6B7 has previously been proved to be associated with fenvalerate-resistance in Helicoverpa armigera. Here, how is regulated and involved the resistance of H. armigera studied. Seven base differences (M1-M7) were found promoter between a fenvalerate-resistant (HDTJFR) susceptible (HDTJ) strain M1-M7 sites HDTJFR mutated into corresponding HDTJ, pGL3-CYP6B7 reporter genes different mutation constructed. Fenvalerate-induced activities at M3, M4, M7 significantly reduced. Transcription factors Ubx Br, whose binding contain M3 M7, respectively, overexpressed HDTJFR.
