ABSTRACT
To develop new antioomycete agents against plant pathogens, two series of acrylopimaric acid triazole derivatives from rosin were synthesized. The in vitro activity these was evaluated and screened Pseudoperonospora cubensisi, Plasmopara viticola, Phytophthora sojae, infestans, capsici. Compound 5m showed the highest P. capsici, with a half-maximal effective concentration (EC50) value that lower than positive control metalaxyl (1.391 1.815 mg/L, respectively). demonstrated satisfactory protective curative efficacy capsici pepper vivo studies. Physiological biochemical testing action mechanism compound on involved altering morphology ultrastructure mycelium, increasing cell membrane permeability, inducing dysfunction nucleus mitochondria, ultimately causing necrosis. In addition, analysis three-dimensional quantitative structure–activity relationship (3D-QSAR) revealed significance molecular structure charge distribution interaction between its target. Collectively, findings indicate has potential as an candidate.
