ABSTRACT
Bama County is a world-famous longevity county in the Guangxi Province, China. hemp traditional seed used cultivation County. The seeds contain abundant unsaturated fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid (LA) and linolenic golden ratio. These two substances have been proven to be related human health prevention of various diseases. However, development oil accumulation mechanisms remain unclear. This study employed combined analysis physiological, transcriptomic, metabolomic parameters elucidate formation patterns throughout development. We found that accumulated at late stage embryo development, with following an "S″-shaped growth curve, positively correlated size, sugar content, protein starch content. Transcriptome identified genes metabolism LA, α-linolenic (ALA), jasmonic (JA). FAD2 gene was upregulated 165.26 folds FAD3 downregulated 6.15 day 21. Metabolomic changes ALA, JA compounds suggested competitive relationship among these substances. Our findings indicate peak period substance nutrient occurs during midstage (day 21) rather than 40). results this research will provide theoretical basis for local deep processing hemp.
