ABSTRACT
Red radish was extracted by methanol to obtain crude procyanidin extracts. The purity of (PP) and dimers (PD) extracts under different ratios optimized achieve the best extraction performance. Then was, respectively, processed six macroporous resins separation separate oligomers (RPO) polymers (RPP). Depolymerization (RPP) into then conducted. N-Acetylneuraminate lyase (NAL) first used as enzyme depolymerize RPP. depolymerization yield (DY) depolymerized conditions also investigated. Results showed DY RPP would 53.24 ± 0.35% at conditions. high-purity prepared PRO. Additionally, chemical structure preparative elucidated high-resolution mass spectrometry one- two-dimensional NMR.
