ABSTRACT
To explore the regulatory factor of light quality affecting exopolysaccharide (EPS) production, transcriptome analysis Nostoc flagelliforme cells exposed to red (R), blue (B), and mixed (B/R = 15:7) (BR) with white fluorescent as control was performed. The differentially expressed genes mainly enriched in carbohydrate metabolism energy metabolism. Significant enrichment oxidation–reduction process indicated that intracellular redox homeostasis disrupted. An assay reactive oxygen species (ROS) malondialdehyde contents demonstrated induced oxidative stress. illustrate relationship between ROS level EPS accumulation, effects exogenous addition scavenger N-acetyl cysteine inducer H2O2 on production were compared. results revealed regulated biosynthesis via directly other than Understanding such relationships might provide guidance for efficient regulate level.
