ABSTRACT
Rice is an important food crop, with a long history of cultivation in China, and one the staple foods for Chinese today. However, occurrence rice diseases has had substantial impact on its yield. At present, chemical control main means prevention diseases. As high-efficacy broad-spectrum fungicide, prothioconazole shows ideal effect common diseases, but residuals that remain after use may have human health. In this paper, ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS) was used to develop residue analysis method explore dissipation metabolite prothioconazole-desthio grain, husk, plants, risks chronic acute dietary intake different populations were evaluated. The results showed at concentration range 0.005–5.0 μg/mL, metabolites good linear correlations, correlation coefficients all above 0.9992. average recoveries three matrixes ranged from 80.0% 99.7%, RSD between 1.54% 11.0%, limit quantitation less than 0.01 μg/g. sensitivity, accuracy, precision established met measurement requirements. experimental parent compound rapidly metabolized field environment, half-life plants application 2.5–10.1 d. According risk assessment, under standardized test conditions, residual level sampling interval 7 days within acceptable China. Our research directing scientific pesticides
