ABSTRACT
The solubility of K2SiF6 in MgCl2 and FeCl3 solutions within a temperature range between 20 70 °C was experimentally determined by the static method under atmospheric pressure. equilibrium solids obtained various conditions were analyzed XRD, SEM, FTIR to confirm stability corresponding solid phases. increased with increasing concentration, remained stable solutions. Moreover, experimental data successfully correlated Apelblat empirical equation. thermodynamic properties solution process, including Gibbs energy, enthalpy, entropy, calculated van't Hoff analysis dissolution process measured found be endothermic nonspontaneous. findings above can provide fundamental theoretical support for optimizing crystallization acid leaching from phosphorus–potassium associated ore preventing scale formation wet-process phosphoric (WPA) vacuum filtration.
