ABSTRACT
In this research, the solid–liquid equilibrium solubility of diclazuril was measured by isothermal saturation method, and influence solvent effect on discussed. monosolvents, at determined temperature, values decrease according to order: dimethylformamide (DMF) > acetone acetonitrile ethyl acetate methanol ethanol 1-propanol 2-propanol 1-butanol toluene. Besides, in two binary mixtures, increases with increasing ratio DMF/acetone decreases increase ethanol. What is more, five models including modified Apelblat equation, λh Jouyban–Acree model, van't Hoff–Jouyban–Acree Apelblat–Jouyban–Acree model were used correlate monosolvents mixture systems. The relative average deviation root-mean-square no more than 0.97% 6.95 × 10–4, respectively. All these can very well. Ultimately, experimental data presented study provide basic for improving diclazuril.
