ABSTRACT
Several preparations were obtained from the aerial parts of predomesticated Lavandula luisieri, including essential oil and ethanolic, hexane, ethyl acetate extractives. Additionally, pilot plant vapor pressure extraction was carried out at a range 0.5–1.0 bar to give an aqueous residue. A chemical study hexane extract led isolation six necrodane derivatives (1, 2, 4–7), with four these 5, 7) being new, as well camphor, cadinane sesquiterpene (9), tormentic acid, ursolic acid. The EtOAc EtOH extracts contained mixture phenolic compounds rosmarinic acid major component. Workup residue resulted in 3 (1R*,2S*,4R*)-p-menth-5-ene-1,2,8-triol (8), both new natural compounds. structures established based on their spectroscopic data. phytotoxic nematicidal activities evaluated.
