ABSTRACT
Metal-halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) are promising photonic materials for use in solar cells, light-emitting diodes, and lasers. The optoelectronic properties of these devices determined by the excitons exciton complexes confined their NCs. In this study, we relaxation dynamics charged biexcitons CsPbBr3 NCs using femtosecond transient-absorption (TA), time-resolved photoluminescence (PL), single-dot second-order photon correlation spectroscopy. Decay times ∼40 ∼200 ps were obtained from TA PL decay curves excitons, respectively, with an average edge length 7.7 nm. existence even under weak photoexcitation was confirmed measurements. We found that play a dominant role luminescence processes Combining different spectroscopic techniques enabled us to clarify dynamical behaviors biexcitons.
