ABSTRACT
The composition of the protein corona formed on poly(ethylene glycol)-functionalized (PEGylated) poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA) nanoparticles (NPs) was qualitatively and quantitatively compared to non-PEGylated PGMA NPs. Despite reputation PEGylated NPs for stealth functionality, we demonstrate preferential enrichment specific serum proteins varied biological function in when Additionally, suggest that base material polymeric plays a role select hard corona.
