ABSTRACT
In this work, tough and fast light-controlled healable lignin-containing polyurethane elastomers (LPUes) with a dynamic dual-crosslinking network were successfully synthesized. The consisted of noncovalent bonds (hydrogen Zn2+-based coordination bonds) carbamate bonds, which endowed LPUes excellent mechanical properties (31.4 MPa, 1528%), reprocessability, healing properties. After 4 times reprocessing, the retention ratios tensile strength elongation at break for maintained above 85 95%, respectively. incorporation significantly enhanced photothermal conversion capability LPUes, maximum surface temperature reaching 160 °C in 2 min under near-infrared (NIR) illumination 1.2 W/cm2. prepared exhibited rapid outstanding performance 98% efficiency 10 NIR irradiation.
