ABSTRACT
The construction of luminescent gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with highly redshifted emission in the second near-infrared window (NIR-II) and good biocompatibility is still challenging. Herein, using an amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC) template controllable hydrophobic interactions diverse forms unimers micelles, we report a facile strategy for redshifting enhancing biological AuNPs. While uniform clusters NIR-II AuNPs are formed situ inside cores ABC micelles strong interparticle enhanced at 1080 nm high quantum yield (QY) 1.6%, rigid generated intraparticle as on surface, leading to 1280 QY 0.25% affinities toward injured intestinal mucosa colitis imaging. These findings open new possibilities design interactions.
